A 53-year-old Snoop Dogg continues to release new music, and although his latest album isn’t his best work, it is still solid.
Iz It a Crime is Snoop Dogg’s 21st studio album.
The song “Just the way It Iz” is a standout track on the album. It contains good features from both Wiz Khalifa and J-Black as well as a good verse from Dogg.
The songs “Cold Summer” and “Spot” are some of the weaker tracks on the album. They are just bland songs with a couple subpar features.
The best feature on the album comes from Jane Handcock on the song “Can’t Get Enough.” She has some great vocals on this track, which improve the quality of the song.
Although Iz It a Crime is not his best work, it is impressive due to Dogg’s age. While many of his peers are retired, Dogg continues to put out albums with lots of new music.
