The Baldwin boys lacrosse team lost to Peters Township 26-1 on Wednesday night.
Peters’ offense was overpowering for Baldwin from start to finish.
“They passed the ball well and got a lot of open looks,” senior Ethan McLuckie said. “They controlled the pace of the entire game.”
There were still some bright spots for the team.
Baldwin’s offensive attack was solid throughout the game. The team got many good looks, but they couldn’t convert.
“Gavin Serafini played well for us,” McLuckie said. “He was all over the field throughout most of the game and hustled well.”
Even with the loss, McLuckie thought he played well, scoring a goal for his team.
The team looks to bounce back on Friday at home against Gateway.
“Our offense needs to do a better job of slowing the ball down and controlling the pace,” McLuckie said. “Our team also needs to play more physically throughout the game.”
