The boys varsity volleyball team competes during the spring sports season.
The Baldwin boys volleyball team was swept by Mt. Lebanon on Thursday.
Baldwin played the first set close, losing 28-26. However, they lost the next two sets by scores of 25-10 and 25-12.
The boys need to work on staying focused, senior Blaine Rigby said.
“We need to just let things go and need to not build off the negative energy,” Rigby said.
Rigby credited Lebo’s attacking efforts.
“They hit and served very well,” he said.
Despite the result, there were some positives.
“In the first set we did very well with ball control and just playing as a team overall,” Rigby said.
The boys will next play on Saturday in the USC Volleyball Tournament starting at 7 a.m.
