A$AP Rocky’s debut album, Live.Love.A$AP, has unique production and qualities that set him apart from other artists.
The album came out in 2011 with 15 songs with a 49-minute run time. The shorter run time makes this album extremely easy to listen to.
Songs like “Peso,” “Houston Old Head,” and “Sandman” stand out the most. The instrumentals on these songs provide a euphoric feeling. These songs also include great flow from Rocky and his lyrics.
There aren’t many features on the album. The one that stands out the most is Schoolboy Q with his feature on “Brand New Guy.”
There are a lot of unique beats on this album, including the opening track, “Palace.” This isn’t a traditional rap beat.
This musical approach is consistent throughout the album, as Rocky experiments with many different and unique beats and lyrics.
One of the few weak songs is called “Acid Drip.” The song has quite a bland flow compared to the other tracks on the album. Rocky doesn’t seem to experiment with this song like his other ones.
