In the NFC divisional playoffs, the Washington Commanders head to Detroit to face the Lions, while the Los Angeles Rams will face the Philadelphia Eagles.
Washington last week beat the Buccaneers 23-20 in the first round. The Commanders are a talented team, but the Lions have an unstoppable offense and are coming off a bye week.
It’s probably going to be a blowout because not only are the Lions one of the best offensive teams in the NFL right now, but they also have a pretty good defense, despite having a lot of injuries.
They also will have a chance to get back one of their running backs, David Montgomery. If the Commanders want a chance to win this game, it’s going to have to be a shootout between the offenses.
The Rams, meanwhile, upset the Vikings last week to move on. The Vikings had been 2.5 point favorites, but then got blown out 27-9.
The Eagles had a first-round victory over the Packers, 22-10. Some fans thought the Packers could pull off the upset, but the Eagles proved those people wrong.
This weekend, the Eagles are going to win and move on. The Eagles have a good offensive line, Saquon Barkley, AJ Brown, Devonta Smith, and their quarterback Jalen Hurts. They also have a tough defense.
The Rams have a talented offense with a good passing and rushing attack. Their defense is decent but would have to change something up facing Saquon Barkley.
These teams played each other earlier this season, with Barkley rushing for a career high 255 yards and two touchdowns.
