The bowling team defeated Carlynton High School on Thursday.
Senior Jonathan Clemons thought that the team performed very well.
“We all did really well, and were much more consistent on our strikes. I hope we can bring that into next week.” Clemons said.
Clemons said senior Nico Puglin had a particularly strong match.
“He shot a 662 as a total series, which is very good,” Clemons said.
Despite the Highlanders success, Clemons said the Highlanders will continue working to improve.
“Our biggest weak point was picking up spares. Other than that, we were very consistent,” Clemons said
The bowling team’s next match is against Seton LaSalle on Monday.
