Senior Amanda Larkin has worked hard her whole life to fulfill her dream of playing college basketball. Today that dream became a reality, as she accepted her scholarship to play basketball at Point Park University, and signed her letter of intent.
Larkin started playing basketball in first grade. The four-year Baldwin starter has gone through some ups and downs in her young career, but it was all worth it for today, she said.
Her family, friends, and teammates said they were proud of Larkin.
“I am extremely proud of her and I know that she will do great,” freshman Mia Lucarelli.
