Baldwin’s Rocket League esports team lost 3-1 on Thursday against Pine Grove.
In a best of five series, Baldwin lost the first two games 3-1 and 3-1 before winning the third game 3-2 and losing the fourth and final game 2-1.
Junior Zach Czapko thought Baldwin could have done better.
“The team was able to keep a high spirit even though the first two games were not some of our best performances,” Czapko said.
Czapko thinks there are things Baldwin can improve on for next week.
“Our team needs to work on communication, positioning and planning,” he said.
Czapko thought Juniors Braydon Parker and Gavin Recker stood out.
“Braydon Parker and Gavin Recker were combined team MVPs,” Czapko said. “They are some of the best players on our first-year team.”
