The Baldwin girls tennis team won its senior rec match against Woodland Hills on Monday, 2-0.
The score in the first set was 6-3, and the score in the second set was 6-1.
Senior Anna Lis said the team “did a good job supporting everyone.”
Lis said the team’s players often underestimate themselves.
“We need more confidence in what we are able to accomplish,” she said.
Junior Ava Faust explained the significance of getting the win for senior rec.
“Having everyone there made us feel like family,” Faust said.
The team’s next match is today at Keystone Oaks.
