The girls lacrosse team lost 18-2 against Bethel Park on Tuesday night.
Juniors Milana Winowich and Mary Hampton thought the team could have improved on transitions, passing, and defensive plays.
“I feel like we could’ve done better on defense after the draws,” Hampton said. “The other team did much better on fast breaks, which helped them get the lead.”
Winowich thought they could have done a better job at working together.
The team’s energy and communication were strong at the beginning of the game, but fell later on. The team was worn out due to their Monday night game against Norwin, Winowich said.
Among the Baldwin standouts were senior Adryanna Crawford, Winowich said.
“Adryanna Crawford stood out on our team because of how well she played defense,” Winowich said.
The girls’ next game is Monday night at home.
