Boys lacrosse fell 21-3 to Seneca Valley on Thursday.
Sophomore goalkeeper Alex Myers said Seneca Valley was highly skilled.
“They had great passing, good cutting, and a good game sense,” he said.
Sophomore Nathan Buys agreed, saying Seneca Valley played a fast game.
“Seneca Valley moved the ball very fast and was good at finding the open guy,” he said.
Buys said Baldwin struggled early, but got better later.
“We started out very bad on defense and were playing slow,” Buys said. “We played good offense later on in the game.”
Myers thought that Baldwin could improve on passing, transitions, and energy.
Standing out for the Highlanders was junior midfielder Gavin Serafini, who scored two goals and played great on offense. Buys said junior Trevor Brain stood out as well, scoring a goal and setting up scoring chances.
The team plays at home against Mt. Lebanon at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
