Legendary rapper and producer duo Future & Metro Boomin have released their album We Don’t Trust You, and the 17-song project features a good mixture of sounds that work well together.
The best song on the album is “Like That,” which features another legend in the rap game, Kendrick Lamar. He left the rap world talking by dissing Drake and J. Cole in the song, leading to social media arguments among fans.
Other features include Playboy Carti, The Weekend, Travis Scott and Rick Ross. This creates an album that includes many famous new-school rappers and producer Metro Boomin, together for a complete and successful album.
Another top song from the album is “We Don’t Trust You,” which has a smooth introduction. The album starts out strong with “Young Metro.” The first seven songs highlight the album, with some letdowns finishing it out.
Some of the mediocre songs include “WTFYM,” “Slimed In,” and “Magic Don Juan.” None of these songs are absolutely terrible, but they simply aren’t as good as the rest of the album.
