Agust D’s new album D-Day, written and produced by him, is enjoyable, relatable, and has deep meanings to it.

The first song, “People Pt. 2 (feat. IU’),” is calming and relaxing on a nice summer breeze. The strong voices of Agust and IU together sound angelic, which makes the song even better.

“Haegeum” is the opposite. It has beats and visuals similar to his early song “Daechwita” and the meanings are similar. But compared to “Daechwita,” the lyrics are for more mature audiences.

“Amygdala” is not only relatable to his fans but to himself. The word has to do with gray matter that involves emotions in the brain. It talks about when something bad happened to his family and the things that he went through during this time.
