Baldwin’s athletes had a strong showing at the state track championships at Shippensburg University over the weekend.

Senior Brendan O’Malley finished eighth in the 200 meter and his twin brother Bailey O’Malley finished ninth in the shot put. The boys 4×100 meter relay team, consisting of Brendan O’Malley and juniors Naseer Penn, Jarren Kelly, and Angelo Priore, came in 10th place.

“I thought I could have placed a lot better than I did, but I just wasn’t feeling it in my legs,” Brendan O’Malley said. “Bailey messed up his ankle on Tuesday, but he did well for the circumstances he went through.”
