In a world where so many unexplainable horrendous actions take place, viewers might expect the movie A Question of Faith to offer a necessary reprieve to the negativity.

Eight billion individuals wake up every day and enact upon whatever obligations are necessary for that day. In A Question of Faith the theme of fate, chance, and consequence elucidates the lives of three completely different family situations.

A pastor, a restaurant owner, and a construction contractor are all struggling to find the purpose of God’s plan in their contrasting challenges. The plot draws viewers in due to the realistic components surrounding the inevitable anger and questioning that ensues an awful happening. The various monologues provide a raw emotional tone leaving the entire theatre silenced.

The only downturn is the cliched situations that the film captures. Teens arguing with single mothers and innocent children taking the brunt of reckless decisions made by adults will leave viewers wanting a more unique storyline.

While most people in society today seem to be leaning more to the logical aspects of life and neglecting faith, this movie challenges everyone to take the time to contemplate the mysterious side of life.

Without hope and belief there is no progression. After seeing A Question of Faith, viewers will feel  truly inspired.
