The senior class threw stressed-out students a bone to get through the “ruff” final days of the school year on Wednesday.

Therapy dogs were available for juniors and seniors to visit in the North Atrium during the lunch periods. Donations of a dollar were suggested but not mandatory, with money going to Therapy Dogs International.

There was a large turnout to see the dogs all three periods. Some seniors, in fact, just could not get enough of the stress-relieving puppies.

“I was there all three periods and it was amazing. I learned all the dogs’ names and all about them,” senior class officer Audrey Eisel said.

Students also called it a great experience for this time of the year.

“It was very helpful during finals week to help us de-stress,” senior Dejah Jenkins said.
