The girls lacrosse team suffered a tough loss Tuesday against Bethel Park.

The team lost 11-10 in what should have been a winnable game, senior Addie Reckley said.

Reckley scored six of the 10 Baldwin goals.

“This is a disappointing loss for us. We were with them the whole game and it came down until the very end. They pulled ahead of us at the end, and we couldn’t get the ball back,” Reckley said.

Other key players for Baldwin were senior Morgan Schaming and junior Marisa Manning, Reckley said.

“Morgan and Marisa both contributed a lot to the team both on and off the field,” Reckley said.

The girls play at Latrobe on Thursday.

“It should be a tough game for us. We lost to them last year in playoffs, and we are hoping to get some revenge on them tomorrow,” Reckley said.
