Senior Julianna Mamajek signed her letter of intent today to play tennis at Carlow University.

Mamajek has played tennis for 11 years.

“I practiced at Glen Creek Racket Club with Coach Paul Skrok,” Mamajek said. “I began practicing with the high school in eighth grade, but I did not play in matches. I am a three-year letter winner here at Baldwin and I am excited to continue at Carlow.”

While she will be playing tennis at Carlow, her main focus will be on her education.

“I chose Carlow because it has a very high reputation for training nurses,” Mamajek said. “Carlow students studying nursing average high results on the nursing state board (exams).”
