Ariana Grande’s first new music since the fatal attack at her concert in Manchester has fans excited.

The new single is called “No Tears Left to Cry.” The 24-year-old pop artist’s last new song was released in 2016, “Dangerous Woman.”

Rumors had it that this would be an emotional song due to the deadly suicide bombing at her concert last May in Manchester. That has turned out to be the case, but the song also is something more.

The single, from her upcoming fourth album, celebrates rising above the world’s negativity.

The first minute of the song sounds as if it is going to be a more traditional tribute to the lives lost at her concert. But then Grande sings: ”Don’t matter how, what, where who tries it, we’re out here vibing,” a line that is aimed at those who think that the attack would make people abandon the pursuit of pleasure.

This song, which opens like a soft ballad but quickly turns into an upbeat, catchy pop song, proves that Grande will continue moving forward with her life and career. And that has has her fans feeling every emotion.
